There are a lot of questions about pricing. The Pricing is below, but first, here is a little bit about what you are paying for.
We as CF-L1 Trainers at New Ulm CrossFit pay for and go through training to keep ourselves the most up to date and knowledgeable on the techniques required for CrossFit and its components. That includes, but is not limited to bodyweight mechanics, gymnastics movements and Olympic Lifting technique. We are your personal trainer in a group setting. We are not just hear to cheer for you to keep pushing or to count your reps, we are here to teach you how to move properly and to keep making progress. We will show you how to train to meet your goals. That will include training your body to move optimally, but also advice for eating to fuel your workouts and on proper recovery and rest.
We also take care of personalizing everyone’s WOD (workout of the day). We serve people of all ages, shapes, sizes, and abilities so one cookie cutter WOD is not going to cut it. We will help you figure out how to “modify” the WOD to fit you specifically. We also offer different training opportunities for those wishing to compete or with specific goals of gaining muscle or losing fat. Finally, we are a small business, independently and locally-owned! Contrary to popular belief, CrossFit is not a franchise. We are doing our best to contribute to a healthy local community not only through the fitness training we provide, but also by us choosing to support other small, local businesses for as many of our needs as possible. When choosing us, you are helping to build and sustain a thriving local economy.
Class Pricing
Although we see the best results with 3 or more visits per week, we also offer a punch card.
Unlimited Classes – $160 per month – Breaks down to just over $7 per class! (MONTHLY)
3 Classes Per Week – $120 per month – Breaks down to just over $8.50 per class. (MONTHLY)
Punch Card – $120 per card – 10 Classes Breaks down to just $12.00 per class. (EXPIRES Bi-Annually)
Personal Training
Single Session Cost: Purchasing one hour of personal training at a time will be $65.
Package Costs: Option 1 – 10 Pack of one hour sessions $585.
Option 2 – 5 Pack of one hour sessions $275.
Nutritional Coaching

With the disclaimer out of the way here is what we will offer: Personal guidance on a journey to find new and better ways to appropriately fuel your body for its daily needs while meeting personal goals. Our mission with our nutritional coaching is to educate our clients on good, better and best options while continuing to live your life to its fullest!
One on one monthly personal coaching: This is the most comprehensive package we offer. We take all of the guess work out with this plan. It will include an onboarding process/initial consult, a custom built meal plan based on your daily life and preferences, an app on your phone to record your daily progress, weekly check-ins, and adjustments to the plan as needed. Monthly Cost – $300
One Month Custom Meal Plan: This option is built more for those just looking to dip their toes into making some lifestyle changes and looking for a little guidance. We will do an initial consult to figure daily needs and preferences. Then you will get a one month meal plan that you can follow. This option does not come with all the extras of the personal coaching. One time Cost – $150

In looking for ways to encourage physical fitness and a healthier lifestyle, we haven’t found discounts as a major motivator. We believe firmly in the value of what we do and promote here at New Ulm CrossFit. We do not offer any monthly discounts. You will see discounts on the bulk purchasing of personal training.
