E) 3 Deadlifts + 6 Burpee Over Bar
O) Double Unders/Single Unders
With the deadlifts you will be working up to a 3RM.
With the jump rope; those that can consistently do double unders and single unders will start at 10 reps and increase by 10 reps every ODD minute. Those that aren’t as efficient will pick a lower number (between 10 and 30) to try and hit during that minute.
