Metcon (2 Rounds for time)

5 Rounds:

5 Front Squats @ 80% 1RM

12 Ring Dips

18 T2B

With a 30 minute running clock, complete 5 rounds, resting between rounds as needed. Record your fastest and slowest rounds.
