The lite class is a class with lower intensity and impact training, but everyone is welcome to attend this slot and we will adjust as needed per athlete up or down in intensity.
Monday: 5am Class, 6am Class, 12 Noon Class, 3:30pm Class, 4:30pm Class, 5:30pm Class
Tuesday: 5am Lite Class, 6am Lite Class, 3:30pm Class, 4:30pm Class, 5:30pm Class
Wednesday: 5am Class, 6am Class, 12 Noon Class, 3:30pm Class, 4:30pm Class, 5:30pm Class
Thursday: 5am Lite Class, 6am Lite Class, 3:30pm Class, 4:30pm Class, 5:30pm Class
Friday: 5am Class, 6am Class, 12 Noon Class, 3:30pm Class, 4:30pm Class
Saturdays: We sometimes hold open gym from 6-8am. When we do, we post that on our social media page.
