Schedule

We try to keep this page up to date, but please contact us if you have any class schedule questions or to check on holiday schedules. Thanks!! Our classes are all one hour. The lite class is a class with lower intensity and impact training, but everyone is welcome to attend this slot and we will adjust as needed per athlete up or down in intensity.

Monday: 5am Class, 6am Class, 12 Noon Class, 3:30pm Class, 4:30pm Class, 5:30pm Class

Tuesday: 5am Lite Class, 6am Lite Class, 3:30pm Class, 4:30pm Class, 5:30pm Class

Wednesday: 5am Class, 6am Class, 12 Noon Class, 3:30pm Class, 4:30pm Class, 5:30pm Class

Thursday: 5am Lite Class, 6am Lite Class, 3:30pm Class, 4:30pm Class, 5:30pm Class

Friday: 5am Class, 6am Class, 12 Noon Class, 3:30pm Class, 4:30pm Class

Saturdays: We sometimes hold open gym from 6-8am. When we do, we post that on our social media page.
