10 Box Jumps 24/20
50′ Burpee Broad Jump
10 Push Ups
50′ Walking Lunge
*Box should be set up on one side of the room, broad jump across to the other side of the room, do 10 push ups, lunge back to the box for round to be complete.
*Every 10′ = 1 rep
