We are not just a gym… we are a community working together!

CrossFit has grown very quickly and the family of affiliates and members is still growing every day. To date there are over 10,000 boxes up and running. This is because it provides the one thing that everyone is looking for, RESULTS! CrossFit is the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies and tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists, and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide. CrossFit delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. Combat, survival, many sports, and life reward this kind of fitness and, on average, punish the specialist. CrossFit is for EVERYONE! We use constantly varied, functional movements at high intensity so that our training correlates directly to everyday life for everyone from children to grandparents to elite athletes. CrossFit has been using the same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease and cage fighters one month out from televised bouts. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs. The needs of Olympic athletes and our grandparents differ by degree not kind. We have male and female athletes of all ages, shapes, sizes and fitness levels all working out together and encouraging one another!  

Getting Started

Give us a call, send us an email or STOP ON BY! We love talking CrossFit with those who know nothing about it as well as the seasoned CrossFit athlete. We would love to introduce you to CrossFit with our foundations classes. These FREE introductory classes will teach the basic movements required for participating in the daily WOD’s (workout of the day). Once you have completed and tested out of our foundations program, you will be free to sign up for and join in the daily WOD’s at your convenience. All class times can be found on the schedule page of our website. Once you’re in, you are part of the family and that means a lot! You will have competitors and teammates in the same people. They will also keep you accountable, high-fiving you when you walk in and asking where you were when you can’t make it. We are all here to encourage you as well.
